Sticker
okay i am quite guilty when it comes to the designing of this sticker. i was unsure how we were going to be printing them, as the screen-print techniques differed from what i was used to.
i also didn't have much of a plan when it came to an actual design. with very basic knowledge of how to use a fancy computer and even less skill at using Adobe Illustrator (something i will definitely aim to work on), i started to use basic shapes and see where they went, instead of frustratingly trying to create something i had designed unsuccessfully (because i am not very good at computers)
this ended up being three ovals and a stupid grinning face with off-centre type saying 'this is a good lemon'. it helped that the ink we chose was a yellow-y colour.
the whole concept was meant to be very basic and stupid and just messing about, to create something daft (as opposed to some of the highly talented, beautiful sticker outcomes that other people created) and i think that it turned out quite amusing, even , or rather, especially, because it was visually shit.
And pointless. However, because we had to create something that spread a good message or vibe, i think it in some way fulfilled that. maybe?
